Can I pick up my equipment instead of having it shipped?
Yes, you can, but only certain items. Contact Handling Concepts to set up special equipment pickups.
Where does my equipment ship from?
Almost everything sold by Handling Concepts ships directly from the manufacturer to you.
Does Handling Concepts manufacture the equipment they sell?
No, we work directly with the manufacturer to bring products to you. Many manufacturers don’t have the ability to establish full-time sales teams across the country, so they rely on distributors like Handling Concepts to sell their equipment.
When can I expect my item to deliver?
This depends on what was ordered. Most “stock” items ship within 3-8 business days, while “custom” items can take anywhere from 3 to 10+ weeks to ship. For an estimated ship date on your order, please contact Handling Concepts with your order number.
Can someone come out and look at my project?
We are happy to! If your project mandates a site visit from one of our project managers we will stop out and walk through the project with you.
