  • Can I pick up my equipment instead of having it shipped?

    Yes, you can, but only certain items. Contact Handling Concepts to set up special equipment pickups.

  • Where does my equipment ship from?

    Almost everything sold by Handling Concepts ships directly from the manufacturer to you.

  • Does Handling Concepts manufacture the equipment they sell?

    No, we work directly with the manufacturer to bring products to you. Many manufacturers don’t have the ability to establish full-time sales teams across the country, so they rely on distributors like Handling Concepts to sell their equipment.

  • When can I expect my item to deliver?

    This depends on what was ordered. Most “stock” items ship within 3-8 business days, while “custom” items can take anywhere from 3 to 10+ weeks to ship. For an estimated ship date on your order, please contact Handling Concepts with your order number.

  • Can someone come out and look at my project?

    We are happy to! If your project mandates a site visit from one of our project managers we will stop out and walk through the project with you.
