Fall Protection Systems
Does your company require employees to work at heights for machine maintenance or inspections? We offer a variety of fall protection and fall arrest systems for workers at height in various industries—indoors or outdoors. However, when a permanent fall protection system can’t be mounted to your existing building support structures or doesn’t offer the needed flexibility for your specific application, a mobile fall arrest system may be what you need. Rigid Lifelines mobile fall protection systems are perfect for:
-
Temporary worksites or where the fall hazard isn’t always in the same location
-
Rented facilities where you want the ability to relocate your fall arrest system more easily
-
Applications where you need to move your system between different buildings or different locations of your building

Depending on the needs of your facility, we can provide one of our standard systems or develop a custom system that meets your specific needs. We offer mobile fall protection solutions that have the convenience of movement with the reliability of rigid enclosed track. Because all of our systems meet or exceed OSHA and ANSI requirements, you can rest assured that our systems will protect your most valuable asset: your employees.
Mobile Overhead Systems

Rigid Lifelines® Portable Base Swing Arm Anchor Track™ System provides fall protection that is ideal for tight, narrow spaces.
This system provides 360-degree mobile protection for locations indoors or outdoors. Depending on the system size, the portable base weighs between 2,000 and 10,000 pounds. Larger systems may require up to three stackable portable bases.
Moveable by forklift, the standard system weights are between 2,500 and 29,000 pounds.

Griffin - Skidded or Wheeled
The Rigid Lifelines® Griffin™ Anchor Track™ System provides rigid track fall protection with coverage of up to 30 degrees off center.
We offer two different versions of the Griffin system: skidded and wheeled. Each Griffin version also includes a Low Headroom design for track lengths up to 22 feet.
With typical overall weights of approximately 15,000 pounds for the Skidded Griffin and 19,000 pounds for the Wheeled Griffin, the skidded system can be moved with a large forklift, and the wheeled system can be moved with a heavy-duty pickup truck.
Frequently used in exposed outdoor locations, the trolley effortlessly follows users’ movements as they traverse tops of vehicles and other large equipment.

Adjustable-Height Rolling A-Frame
The Rigid Lifelines® Adjustable-Height Rolling A-Frame Anchor Track™ System is a highly mobile fall protection system that offers great versatility.
With the ability to adjust height, span, and caster frame width, you can maneuver this system into tight spaces or through short bay doors to get to the fall hazard, providing coverage to virtually every area of your plant.
Its mobility saves space, time, and money by eliminating the need to install fall protection equipment around temporary work stations, and its versatility allows you to store this system compactly out of the way.

Fixed-Height Rolling A-Frame
Rigid Lifelines® Fixed-Height Rolling A-Frame Anchor Track™ System is the ultimate in mobility for fall protection systems.
Simply roll the system into position and lock into place. Perfect for maintenance and manufacturing applications, this system provides coverage to virtually every area of your plant.
Its mobility saves space, time, and money by eliminating the need to install fall protection equipment around temporary work stations.

Portable Box Frame
Rigid Lifelines® Portable Box Frame Anchor Track™ System provides customizable sizes and capacity ratings in a mobile fall protection system that four people can move manually.
Available in a monorail or traveling bridge design, the Portable Box Frame provides a large fall protection coverage area compared to most other mobile systems.
The Portable Box Frame utilizes steel I-beam headers and braces that attach to support legs equipped with wheels, making this system perfect for the large equipment maintenance and manufacturing industry.
Permanent Overhead Systems
Rigid Lifelines® offers a variety of fall protection and fall arrest systems for workers at height in various industries—indoors or outdoors. Depending on the needs of your facility, we can offer you one of our standard systems or develop a custom system that meets your specific needs.
Permanent fall protection systems are critical for workers who are regularly exposed to fall hazards. Because all of our systems meet or exceed Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) requirements, you can rest assured that our systems will protect your most valuable asset: your employees.

Ceiling Mounted Monorail
Rigid Lifelines® Ceiling-Mounted Monorail Anchor Track™ System is sold as individual components, a standard assembly kit, or as a custom engineered system.
This system provides straight rigid track fall protection on a fixed path for many applications, such as truck loading and unloading, vehicle or machinery maintenance, and manufacturing.
Because a ceiling-mounted monorail system does not require support columns, the system does not take floor space, which means more space for your workers.
In fact, ceiling-mounted monorail systems can easily protect workers in tall ceiling height applications.
By using existing support steel, a ceiling-mounted monorail system can easily support long runs and curves within the system design.

Traveling Bridge
Rigid Lifelines® Traveling Bridge Anchor Track™ System is ideal for larger maintenance applications, such as aircraft hangars, aircraft production facilities, transportation vehicle maintenance facilities, and industrial applications.
The Traveling Bridge system is sold as both a standard assembly kit and as a custom engineered system. This system can be ceiling mounted to a building’s existing supports or bolted to the floor with freestanding support columns and headers.
This solution provides unencumbered movement by allowing the trolley to follow the user in any direction (360 degrees) and minimizes swing fall hazards when used with a self-retracting lanyard (SRL).

Inverted L
Rigid Lifelines® Inverted-L Anchor Track™ System provides fall protection to workers who need to access the tops of vehicles, railcars, and structures.
Perfect for the transportation industry, this system utilizes concrete foundations to cover long spans.
By offering custom cantilevers or support structures, this system provides an easy and reliable way for workers to protect themselves while working at height.

Inverted U
Rigid Lifelines® Inverted-U Anchor Track™ System protects workers who are busy performing maintenance or inspections on transportation equipment or machinery.
This system may require concrete foundations, but they are smaller than the foundations required by our other freestanding systems (Inverted-L and T-Frame). Plus, this permanent system provides long spans of fall protection in areas that don’t have existing overhead structures to mount a system.

T Frame
Rigid Lifelines® T-Frame Anchor Track™ System provides fall protection that allows workers to perform maintenance and service tasks on two vehicles at the same time.
Ideal for the transportation industry, the T-Frame system can cover long spans by using required concrete foundations.
Double your protection and maximize your workspace by using the T-Frame Anchor Track™ System.

Post Suspension
Rigid Lifelines® Post Suspension Anchor Track™ System accommodates almost any application with trolley-hook heights and track lengths at virtually any height or length.
Available as a single post, multiple post, or twin bay system (tracks on both sides of posts), this system requires fewer foundations and use 60 percent less steel over conventional system designs.
By using less steel and fewer foundations, we can provide buyers with the longest spans for the least amount of money.

Freestanding Swing Arm
Rigid Lifelines® Freestanding Swing Arm Anchor Track™ System provides a versatile fall protection solution for work areas that require circular coverage.
This system can be foundation mounted (freestanding) and has 360-degree arm rotation. The Swing Arm can swing out as needed and swing back out of the way of overhead cranes.
Both the Swing Arm and its trolley follow the worker, keeping the trolley positioned directly above the user at all times—minimizing swing fall hazards. Standard fall protection spans range from five to 30 feet with standard system weights between 530 and 4,665 pounds.
Column Mounted Swing Arm
Rigid Lifelines® Column-Mounted Swing Arm Anchor Track™ System provides a versatile fall protection solution for work areas that require semi-circular coverage.
This system can be mounted to existing wall columns (column-mounted) and has a 180-degree arm rotation. The Swing Arm can swing out as needed and swing back out of the way of overhead cranes.
Both the Swing Arm and its trolley follow the worker, keeping the trolley positioned directly above the user at all times—minimizing swing fall hazards. Standard fall protection spans range from six to 30 feet with standard system weights between 200 and 2,285 pounds.
